Reduccion del tama\u00f1o del problema dinamico por un procedimiento de condensacion de grados de libertad.  obtencion de las caracteristicas dinamicas optimas de la estructura a partir de un espectro y unas condiciones de dise\u00f1o (tensiones y desplazamientos maximos). Dise\u00f1o optimo elastico a partir de subestructuras de piso.  dise\u00f1o optimo plastico basado en el metodo de los mecanismos.
