Estudio de la estabilidad del sistema libre en funcion de diversos parametros  y evaluacion mediante el metodo modal de su observabilidad y controlabilidad. Estudio de las tecnicas modernas de teoria de control aplicables al problema aeroelastico  y planteamiento y resolucion matematica del regulador de estados. Seleccion de los funcionales de costo cuadratico adecuados al fenomeno del flameo  teniendo en cuenta las ganancias requeridas para la realimentacion y el grado de estabilidad del sistema realimentado. Estudio del sistema realimentado para diversas condiciones de operacion.  analisis de los resultados conseguidos  y valoracion de las variables auxiliares introducidas para la formulacion del sistema
