Los parametros estudiados fueron: glucosa, urea, ac. Urico, colesterol, trigliceridos, proteinas totales, proteinograma, osmolalidad, na, k, cl, ca y mg.  los parametros bioquimicos y enzimaticos eran mas adaptativos a las caracteristicas de cada grupo de aves y estaban mas influenciados por factores externos. Las proteinas e iones mostraban rangos de valores mas homogeneos. A partir de los valores en los parametros bioquimicos y enzimaticos, se podia determinar el orden taxonomico con una probabilidad del 77%.  se comprobo que la composicion de la dieta, peso corporal y edad ejercian gran influencia sobre algunos parametros bioquimicos y enzimaticos.  se comprobo la existencia de correlacion lineal para el conjunto de aves entre las concentraciones plasmaticas de urea, ac. Urico y creatinina, los tres metabolitos relacionados con la excrecion de nitrogeno . Tambien se comprobo correlacion lineal entral las concentraciones plasmaticas de colesterol y trigliceridos. Existe, asi mismo, correlacion para el conjunto de aves entre las actividades plasmaticas de la asat y alat, y entre las de cpk y ldh.
