En extractos de larvas  junto a las tres anteriores de ha detectado una cuarta isoenzima con p.I. 4 2  mayoritario en larvas y que se induce durante el desarrollo. Se han purificado las formas mayoritaria en larvas y las dos isoenzimas de menor peso molecular presente en quistes determinandose asimismo sus propiedades mas relevantes.  las masas moleculares de las isoenzimas de p.I. 4 2  5 0 5 1 y 5 2 son de 135  60  35 y 35 kilodaltons respectivamente. No se han detectado diferencias significativas entre las isoenzimas purificadas de larvas y quistes. La cte. De michadis para adenoquina fue  40 nm el ph optimo  7; no se encontraron inhibidores significativos. En la fraccion que precipita entre el 60-80 % de saturacion de sulfato amonico del sobr.
