Tanto el mn(ii) como el fe(iii) catalizan la reaccion  lo mal permite determinar dichos metales. Tambien se ha determinado qu y ag  que  actuan como activador o cubridor respectivamente en los cabalises anteriores.  mediante cinetica diferenacial se ha resuelto la mezcla mu-fe en el rango 1-1 a 1-8 y 2-1. Se ha puesto a punto la instrumentacion necesaria para realizar las valoraciones fluorimetricas con deteccion cabalitica del punto final al ponerse en marcha  mediante la adiccion de exceso de catalizador  el sistema sat\/h2o2.
