Rita <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se aislan microorganismos de suelo capaces de crecer sobre ac. O-anisico o dicamba como unica fuente carbonada. Se compara el rendimiento de distintas tecnicas de enriquecimiento. Las cepas aisladas se identifican taxonomicamente mediante pruebas morfologicas y bioquimicas. Mediante experiencias manometricas en un repirometro de warburg  y pruebas de crecimiento se comprueba su capacidad metabolizadora o co-metabolizadora sobre ac. O-anisico y 4 herbicidas: dicamba  2 3 6-tba  2 4-d y mcpa. El ac. O-anisico se muestra como inductor del co-metabolismo de estos herbicidas. Se aislan dos cepas bacterianas que en cultivo mixto son capaces de degradar dicamba  utilizandolo como fuente de carbono.
