Se establecen las condiciones optimas de trabajo (sustrato idoneo concentracion optima  conservacion  hemolisis  ph y ta.).  con los valores medios obtenidos por comarcas  se elaboran mapas de actividad  que reflejan las zonas de mayor contaminacion probable de la provincia.
