Las muestras se tipificaron para ocho loci: hb  dia  ca  x  np  al  esa y tf. En el locus ca se ha detectado una nueva variante electroforetica (ca m). Los sistemas geneticos mas eficaces para la resolucion de problemas de paternidad discutida e identificacion individual han sido: hb  dia y tf. Las poblaciones estudiadas muestran unos promedios de heterozogosis similares. Las razas churra  lacha y manchega presentan  desde el punto de vista genetico-molecular  diferencias significativas entre si.  asimismo se han constatado variaciones intra-raciales significativas en las razas churrra y lacha  siendo practicamente inexistentes en machega  la estimacion de distancias geneticas parece indicar una mayor aproximidad genetica entre lacha y
