Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Del estudio realizado sobre la micoflora presente en los productos analizados  podemos distinguir dos grupos: a) micoflora normal  al que pertenecen generos de aparicion frecuente en las muestras estudiadas.; B) micoflora esporadica  constituida por generos con una escasa frecuencia de aparicion. En la determinacion de aflatoxinas en cada una de las muestras objeto del estudio se puso en evidencia la presencia en dos de ellas una corresponde al grupo de   croissant   y otra al grupo de harinas lacteadas infantiles a. Del estudio sobre la capacidad aflatoxicogenica de las especies pertenecientes a los generos penicillium y aspergillus aisladas del estudio resultaron productoras una especie de a.Flavus y otra de a. Parasiticus.
