Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los sedimientos margosos pre-evaporiticos (unidad de margas anoxicas) (eoceno superior) se localizan en el sector oriental de la cuenca de antepais surpirnaica (zona de vic y de oliana). Su presencia se\u00f1ala el inicio de restriccion de la cuenca, que evolucionara de condiciones marinas a continentales. Las areniscas, margas y costras, que componen la unidad anoxica, siguen una disposicion ciclica. El estudio de los elementos trazas y mayoritarios (fe, mn, v, zn, ni, pb, cu, ba, sr) ha revelado el caracter anoxico de estos sedimientos y ha permitido marcar el limite entre la unidad de margas anoxicas y las margas deltaicas infrayacentes. La determinacion de la composicion isotopica de los sulfatos y de los sulfuros ha indicado la existencia de variaciones redox en el medio deposicional, y ha demostrado la presencia de condiciones anoxicas (en los primeros centimetros del sedimiento o en la interfase agua-sedimiento), y de hipersalinidad al menos local e intersicialmente. A partir del estudio de la fraccion lipidica de estas margas se ha podido determinar que unicamente fueron sometidas a procesos diageneticos temprados, y que en la serie alternaban los aportes de materia organica de origen continental y marino.
