Se ha efectuado un calculo mecano-cuantico para la determinacion de la carga residual efectiva sobre los atomos de la molecula de kht, extrapolando la distribucion obtenida a la red cristalina. Se han calculado las curvas de solubilidad y de distribucion de las distintas especies presentes en disolucion, obteniendo datos de variacion de conductividad en funcion de la temperatura y la concentracion y de ph en funcion de la concentracion. Tambien se han estudiado los procesos de sobresaturacion de estas disoluciones. Se ha efectuado un estudio experimental del proceso de precipitacion, determinando las variables mas eficaces para la deteccion precoz del instante de nucleacion. Se ha desarrollado un dispositivo experimental para la determinacion de temperaturas de saturacion. Se ha efectuado un estudio de la cinetica de precipitacion con inseminacion en funcion de tres variables: a) densidad de inseminacion, b) tama\u00f1o de particula y c) reutilizacion de la semilla. Finalmente, se ha efectuado una simulacion mediante ordenador de la transmitancia optica de una disolucion precipitante, encontrando que es posible discernir entre nucleacion primaria o
