Diputacion provincial de cadiz, durante los a\u00f1os 1992 y 1993. La poblacion objeto del estudio han sido todos los trabajadores de dicha corporacion local, distribuidos por todos los centros de trabajo dispersos por toda la provincia. Un total de 1605 trabajadores (827 mujeres y 778 hombres).  para la consecucion de los objetivos establecidos, de los que el mas fundamental es aumentar el nivel de salud de los trabajadores de la diputacion provincial de cadiz, se establece un desarrollo programatico:  1.-Programa de riesgo cardiovascular.  2.- Programa de vacunacion antigripal.  3.- Programa de vacunacion antihepatitis b.  4.- Programa de diagnostico precoz del cancer de mama.  5.- Programa de valoracion del absentismo laboral.  las fuentes de datos utilizadas han sido los sistemas de registros del servicio de salud laboral (reconocimientos medicos, vacunacion y protocolo de diagnostico precoz del cancer de mama) y del area de personal de diputacion (registros de enf.
