Emilia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudia la biosintesis de los carotenoides mayoritarios del fruto del pimiento  incorporando el precursor radiactivo  ac-2 14 c-mevalonico  a la ruta biosintetica y permitiendo tiempos variables de incorporacion. Se trabaja en clorplastos aislados de pimientos verdes  con liofilizados de pimientos verdes y semimaduros y con fruto fresco  considerado como el mas idoneo. Se prueba tambien diversos metodos de incubacion del precursor con los tejidos asi como las formas de separacion cromatografica delos carotenoides y medida de radiactividad por radioscaning y centelleo liquido poniendo apunto un metodo de trabajo original y reproducible.
