Sol <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con el objetivo de establecer una serie de parametros cuantificables y estudiar de forma dinamica la renovacion del epitelio del cervix uterino en las pacientes afectas de hpv, hemos realizado una revision de 105 pacientes que se seleccionaron siguiendo una serie de criterios colposcopicos, citologicos e histologicos, cuando dos de estos criterios eran compatibles con hpv, se establecio dicho diagnostico, y en estos casos se realizo extension por rascado de la union escamocolumnar, que se proceso y ti\u00f1o, siguiendo el protocolo de tincion de la tecnica de feulgen. Se realizo estudio morfometrico de las extensiones citologicas y de las biopsias y se valoro en cada caso area, perimetro, diametro maximo y minimo, y los siguientes factores forma: ff pe; ff ell; ff co; ffci; ff ar y factor de redondez nuclear. Se realizo citometria estatica de las extensiones que habian sido sometidas a tincion por feulgen y se valoro: contaje de campos, contaje de celulas, cv del tama\u00f1o nuclear, valor del pico principal, media de tama\u00f1os nucleares, celulas en fase g0\/g1, fase \u00abs\u00bb, fase g2\/m e indice de proliferacion. Se obtuvo como resultado mas relevante en el estudio morfometrico, una diferencia significativa en el perimetro nuclear siendo esta la variable en el estudio estadistico que permitia una mejor discriminacion de las pacientes.
