La administracion de drogas se realizo en unos casos por via intraventricular en una sola dosis  en otros por via intraperitoneal en una sola dosis tambien o en dosis repetidas. Los resultados observados son los siguientes: las pgs f2alfa producen un aumento de la actividad secretora de los nucleos supraopticos (nso) y paraventriculares (npv)  esta estimulacion es mas acusada en los npv. El gaba solo  no produjo cambios significativos  pero asociado a una benzodiazepina produjo clara inhibicion de la neurosecrecion. La melatonina produjo gran hiperactividad neurosecretora sobre los cuatro nucleos magnocelulares pero mas sobre los npv. Es mas efectiva la via intraperitoneal que la intraventricular. La pinealectomia origina a los 60 dias una inhibicion de la neurosecrecion pasando previamente por situaciones de hiperactividad.  todos estos datos han sido comprobados
