{"id":5144,"date":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1995\/01\/01\/aplicacion-de-la-cromatografia-de-gases-a-la-identificacion-de-especies-micobacterianas-mediante-la-determinacion-de-las-fracciones-lipidicas\/"},"modified":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"aplicacion-de-la-cromatografia-de-gases-a-la-identificacion-de-especies-micobacterianas-mediante-la-determinacion-de-las-fracciones-lipidicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/aplicacion-de-la-cromatografia-de-gases-a-la-identificacion-de-especies-micobacterianas-mediante-la-determinacion-de-las-fracciones-lipidicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Aplicacion de la cromatografia de gases a la identificacion de especies micobacterianas mediante la determinacion de las fracciones lipidicas."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jose Fernandez Chacon <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han estudiado 43 especies de micobacterias de crecimiento rapido pertenecientes al genero mycobacterium.Todas las cepas utilizadas en el trabajo, fueron cepas tipo (type strain) provenientes de diversas colecciones de cultivo.Los lipidos micobacterianos, se extrajeron mediante un proceso de metanolisis acida, seguido de metilacion de los acidos grasos y acidos micolicos.Se cromatografiaron los metil esteres, mediante cgl, por dos procedimientos distintos: uno que implicaba basicamente la determinacion cuantitativa de los acidos grasos de la cadena larga y otro mediante pirolisis y posterior cgl de los metil esteres.Los resultados de la cromatografia cgl, se computarizaron mediante la aplicacion de un programa de taxonomia numerica utilizando diversos coeficientes: jaccard, matching coefficient y distintas tecnicas de agrupamiento:  single-linkage, complete-linkage, group average y centroid clustering. Posteriormente se representaron los dendogramas correspondientes de cada aplicacion efectuada.  el metodo propuesto ha sido capaz de discriminar las 43 especies micobacteriana, permitiendo su
