El objetivo final es la determinacion de la cinetica del proceso. Asi como un posible modelo del mismo. Esta memoria esta estructurada en 8 capitulos. En el primero, se exponen las principales caracteristicas y aplicaciones del fenomeno en los capitulos 2, 3 y 4 se describe la caracterizacion geometrica, optica y electrica de las laminas de plata, as2 s3 y as2 s3 dopado, respectivamente en el capitulo 5 se describe el montaje experimental utilizado y se justifican las magnitudes seleccionadas para estudiar el proceso en el capitulo 6, se presentan los resultados experimentales, mientras que en el capitulo 7 se describe el estudio del proceso en la lamina de as2 s3 amorfo mediante el registro de la reflectividad optica.
