En una segunda parte se contabilizan y describen las instituciones asisteniales guipuzcoa durante ambos siglos. En la tercera parte del trabajo finalmente  se somete a examen las fuentes minero-medicinales y los balnearios de guipuzcoa ofreciendo  de cada uno de ellos  la literatura medica de los siglos xix y
