Valme <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha llevado a cabo un estudio del contenido fenolico (compuestos fenolicos de bajo peso molecular) de distintos clones de la variedad palomino fino obtenidos en la estacion experimental rancho de la merced, durante las vendimias de 1990, 1991 y 1992, en 4 puntos distintos del proceso de vinificacion (prensa, desfangado, fermentacion y deslio).Se ha estudiado el comportamiento de estos compuestos durante el proceso de vinificacion asi como tambien se han estudiado el papel que dichos polifenoles presentan en la diferenciacion de dichos clones entre si, entre las distintas vendimias muestreadas y entre las distintas zonas donde estaban enclavadas las parcelas de comparacion de clones.La eficacia diferenciadora de los compuestos fenolicos se ha comparado con la que presentan otros parametros de naturaleza enologica analizados tambien en las muestras de vino y mosto estudiadas.Se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de la interaccion genotipo-ambiente en el comportamiento de estos parametros fenolicos tanto en su constancia en el tiempo como entre los distintos clones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Influencia del potencial polifenolico en la diferenciacion de clones de vr. palomino fino ensayados en el marco de jerez.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Influencia del potencial polifenolico en la diferenciacion de clones de vr. palomino fino ensayados en el marco de jerez. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Garcia Moreno M.
