Se realiza un estudio citoquimico-microespectrofotometricos sobre paredes aisladas y cortes semifinos. Los resultados muestran la presencia de un componente proteinico en el ectoquiste y el resto de las capas quisticas. Y yn componente mucopolisacarido acido  en las modalidades de carboxilico y sulfatado en las dos ultimas capas quisticas. Se estudia la cinetica de enquistamiento y de aparicion en el citoplasma prequistico de los precursores de pared.  asimismo  se estudia el efecto de la daciacion un componente proteinuv (254 mm) sobre
