Como punto de partida  se introduce un nuevo elemento de circuito (el s. Resistor) y se detallan las posibilidades que ofrece dicho elemento en la sintesis de redes discretas de condensadores conmutados (sc) y\/o en la de redes continuas. En un paso posterior  se detallan proedimientos de sintesis y dise\u00f1o de redes sc polinomoicas (incluyendo el caso lineal) atramos y racionales y se introduce un conjunto de componentes basicos con los que llevan a la practica las tecenicas de sintesis de las diferentes subclases. En un tercer paso se aborda el modelado estatico y dinamico en sentido global de los componentes basicos dise\u00f1ados. Finalmente se considera la aplicacion de las redes sc no lineales en el dise\u00f1o de circuitos de transformacion no lineal y en el de convertidores a\/d y d\/a no lineales integrables en
