Concepcion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El bagazo de cerveza se conserva mal mediante ensilado que es un subproducto muy humedo y con pocos carbohidratos. El prensado del bagazo antes de ensilar no mejora la conservacion  a pesar de reducir su humedad. El empleo de acido formico  o de acidos formico y propionico 1:1  al 3 5% alarga la conservacion y mejora la calidad del ensilado de bagazo de cerveza. La pulpa de citricos se conserva bien por ensilado debido a su bajo contenido en nitrogeno y su abundancia de carbohidratos  pero sufre importantes perdidas de materia seca debido a su alto contenido en humedad. La adicion de urea al 0 5% aumenta el contenido en nitrogeno de la pulpa de citricos y no altera su conservacion por ensilado.
