La primera trata de unificar criterios y sistematizar las metodolog\u00edas existentes sobre la investigacion comercial proponiendo un modelo basado en las teorias de investigacion de mercados representadas principalmente por los profesores broun  taylor  luck y wales. Esta parte finaliza con un analisis de la situacion de dichas investigaciones en espa\u00f1a. En la segunda parte  se desarrolla un estudio sistematico sobre el funcionamiento de los canales de distribuccion comercial interna y externa en los paises que constituyen el consejo de ayuda mutua economica (came). Se tratan detalladamente el funcionamiento de dicho consejo y las tecnicas de marketing y direccion comercial de los paises miembros para centrarse fundamentalmente en los canales de distribuccion comercial.
