Nuestro resultados muestran que los diferentes estimulantes actuan sobre los progenitores megacariocitarios en distintos niveles de maduracion.  existiendo una estructura de edad para esta poblacion de modo que los progenitores mas maduros tienen una mayor probabilidad de abandonar el compartimento proferativo para pasar al compartimento de poliploidizacion. El estudio del raton afecto del sindrome nievopronferativo muestra que existe un incremento muy importante en los progenitores megaricairiocitarios por raton afecto de este sindrome  fundamentalmente
