Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se hace un estudio del eje h-h-g en enfermos varones con insificiencia renal cronica. Se comprueba inicialmente que el metodo del radioinmunoensayo es aplicable tanto a suero como a plams citratado y heparinizado. Se confirma un aumento de lh y estradiol a la vez que hay una disminucion de la testosterona en estos enfermos. No existe una correlacion clara entre el grado de insificiencia renal y hepatica independientemente y conjuntamente con la concentracion serica de estas hormonas de estos pacientes. Los niveles hormonales son mas cercanos a la normalidad en pacientes con hto mas alto.
