Las muestras son de tipo bridgman horizontal dupadas do g. Y o. Asimismo se han hecho medidas de absorcion optica. A partir de los resultados obtenidos y de la evoluvion termica de los mismos se han establecidos dos modelos para explicar los quenching opticos y termicos que se observan en la fotorespuesta del material. Para el primero se hace un modelo de donor metasiable y para el segundo una generacion fotoquimica de trampas madiante la excitacion extrinseca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
