Se estudian las propiedades algebraicas de una nueva estructura llamada aritmetica de enteros acotados  util para determinar los limites de exactitud como funcion de las matematicas del computador definiendo mas tarde una funcion similar para los sistemas de segundo orden.  se desarrolla el metodo numerico y el analisis del error de este metodo asi comosu posible aplicacion a sistemas no
