Se han desarrollado en cada caso el formalismo teorico necesario para comectar las medidas experimentales con el potencial. Como resultado  se ha obtenido informacion sobre el estado fundamental y el primer estado excitado  de los que se han determinado los potenciales interatomicos para distintos rangos de distancias
