Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo  se han realizado una serie de estudios de oligosacaridos de galactosa  empleando rmn de proton y carbono-13. En primer lugar  se han analizado  empleando un metodo iterativo  los espectros de proton de cuatro disacaridos y cuatro monosacaridos que se han elegido como posibles modelos de los productos anteriores. A continuacion  se ha puesto a punto un metodo  que se basa en la ecuacion de anderson y que permite correlacionar los valores de los desplazamientos quimicos de proton y carbono-13  asignando con este metodo los espectros de carbono-13 de los productos citados  obteniendose unas asignaciones que presentan mayor fiabilidad que los metodos de comparacion.
