Y bombardeo ionico simultaneo para la obtencion de perfiles de concentracion en peliculas delgadas. En particular  se ha estudiado la influencia de los parametros experimentales en los efectos que distorsionan el perfil  desarrollando un metodo matematico de deconvolucion que permite sustraer dichos efectos. Como aplicacion se ha estudiado por medio de ambas tecnicas la interaccion del oxigeno con el tantalio a exposiciones bajas ( 20l) e intermedias ( con un proceso de difusion y una reaccion con una cinetica de primer orden.
