Finalmente a partir de dicha expresion  se ha desarrollado un algoritmo numerico para la espectroscopia de las trampas de electrones  siendo el unico existente que permite la reconstruccion de picos de emision fuertemente deformados por fenomenos de saturacion del contador y simultaneamente  determinar los parametros de las trampas (energias de ionizacion y factor de frecuencia) y el trabajo de extraccion del solido. La aplicacion de este algoritmo  al anal de curvas de emision simuladas  pone de manifiesto su notable superioridad frente al resto de procedimientos existentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
