Es necesario hacer planificaciones a largo plazo  teniendo en cuenta el afecto de la inovacion tecnologica sobre el consumo de energia en el futuro. La presente tesis establece una metodolog\u00eda (tipo metodo delpli) que permite valorar el ahorro de energia y la inversion necesaria  que supondria la introduccion de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en el horizonte del a\u00f1o 2000: la reduccion del consumo para la siderurgia es de 1.000.000 tej y la inversion de 150.000 millones de pta. Se definen y concreta las tecnolog\u00edas y se establece una clasificacion de las mimas  prioritando las asignaciones de recursos  previa elaboracion de la metodolog\u00eda adecuada (tipo electra
