Junto a un detallado estudio bibliografico sobre el tema  se presenta mucha informacion empirica obtenida de la respuesta dada por el suelo en estudio luego de ser sometido  entre otros  a ensayos no tradicionales como son los de corte simple  edometricos de gran diametro y triaxiales ciclicos. De esta manera la resistencia y deformabilidad de la arena de miga estudiada teoria y empiricamente  ha sido establecida claramente para los diversos estados de compactacion analizando la influencia de varios factores. Una serie de modelos simplificados que definen el comportamiento del suelo  se presentan como conclusion final y original de esta tesis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
