Se realiza una modelizacion matematica de todos los componentes de la propulsion desarrollando a continuacion un programa de ordenador mediante el que se simulan una serie de maniobras para poner de manifiesto las condiciones en las que puede estar en peligro la seguridad del buque o de la maquina motriz.
