Asi mismo  se han desarrollado tecnicas de medida y caracterizacion no lineal de dispositivos de microondas adecuadas a la teoria. El conjunto de teoria y tecnicas de caracterizacion no lineal de dispositivos ha permitido realizar distintos prototipos de osciladores (osciladores en cavidad rectangular y dispositivos acoplados mediante postes cilindricos  osciladores en linea microtira con dispositivos gunn  estabilizados con resonador dielectricos  osciladores con dispositivos mesfet
