Ademas en membranas aisladas se ha puesto de manifiesto el papel regulador de los guanil-nucleotidossobre la union y disociacion del vip a sus receptores. La union especifica de vip a sus receptores es dependiente del tiempo  temperatura  ph concentracion celular y cationes. Es reversible y saturable  pudiendose definir dos clases receptores  unos de alta afinidad y otros de baja afinidad. La accion del vip sobre el sistema productor de ampc se especifica y dependiente del tiempo  temperatura  etc. Y es debida a su union con los receptores de alta afinidad  como lo es la activacion de proteina kinasa dependiente de ampc.
