Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se presenta este trabajo de sintesis de nuevos derivados del anillo de quinoxalina y el estudio de su actividad biologica. Por una parte se han sintetizado compuestos que poseen en su molecula un grupo vinil-cetona como radical del anillo de quinoxalina 1 4-dioxido  a partir de ellos se han preparado derivados parazolicos. Estos productos se presentan como agentes antibacterianos y se evalua su actividad antimicrobiana frente a ocho germenes obteniendose buenos resultados. Se han sintetizado piridazino-quinoxalinas  con diversos sustituyentes en el anillo piridazinico. El compuesto 1-hidrazin-piridazino (4 5-b) quinoxalina ha sido estudiado como agente antihipertensivo frente a ratas s.H.R. Espontaneamente hipertensas resultado poseer una notable actividad.
