Paloma <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado mediante la tecnica de absorciones sucesivas de ponz y colaboradores la cinetica de la absorcion intestinal de 4 aminoacidos neutros en yeyuno de rata  y se han calculado los correspondientes parametros cineticos: kd= coeficiente de transferencia de masa del componente pasivo. Vm= velocidad maxima del transporte activo y kt= concentracion de aminoacidos para lo cual la velocidad de transporte es un medio de la velocidad maxima. La medida del componente pasivo se ha hecho para phe  leu y ciclolencina mediante inhibicion competitiva por metionina. Los resultados obtenidos son 1. Para la phe: kd= 1 42 nmoles\/cm\/min.\/Mmoles\/1; vm= 107 nmoles\/cm\/min. Y kt= 7 5 mm. 2. Para la leu. Kd= 5 5 nmoles\/cm\/min.\/Nmoles\/1; vm= 195 nomoles\/cm\/min. Y kt= 6 6 mm. 3. Para la ciclolencina kd= 5 4 nmoles\/cm\/min.\/Mmoles\/ 1; vm= 200 nmoles\/cm\/min; kt= 15 mm 4.
