Puede aparecer una difusion de trayectorias  llamada difusion de arnold  que es posible detectar a traves del mecanismo de las cadenas de transicion. En esta memoria se demuestra que la existencia de cadenas de transicion generica dentro de la categoria de sistemas hamiltonianos infinitamente derivables sobre una variedad compacta. La demostracion es constructiva  introduciendose una forma normal casi resonante cerca de puntos elipticos  de cuyo estudio resulta la existencia de dichas cadenas de transicion  al considerar
