Asimismo hemos acudido al bacterioplancton para determinar la dinamica espacio-temporal de determinadas poblaciones troficas y fisiologicas (bacterias totales  bacterias viables entrofas y oligotrofas; indicadores fecales-coliformes totales coliformes fecales y estreptococos fecales-; y bacterias del ciclo del nitrogeno-amonificantes  nitrificantes y desnitrificantes) y para verificar la bondad de ciertos parametros bacterianos (indice entrofo y oligotrofo; biomasa; tiempo de generacion; coeficiente de actividad heterotrofica; grado de destruccion de la materia organica; productividad de la misma; bacterias cromogenas y cociente cocos\/bacilos)  frecuentemente usados en lagos del este deeuropa  como indicadores del estado trofico de aguas
