Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado el diagnostico de la triquinosis en dos modalidades: a) investigacion de antigenos y b) investigacion de anticuerpos. Los antigenos de trichinella aparecen muy precozmente  tanto en ratones como en ratas  a las seis horas de la infestacion ya es posible su deteccion por la tecnica micro-elisa de dobles anticuerpos. En sueros humanos  obtenidos entre los 11 y 35 dias post-infestacion tambien se detectan las sustancias antigenicas. Por lo que se refiere a la investigacion de anticuerpos  la tecnica micro-elisa ha mostrado una mayor sensibilidad que la inmunofluorescencia indirecta al ser empleada en el diagnostico de la triquinosis humana.
