Por ello, es necesario contar con herramientas moleculares para estudiar las caracter\u00edsticas gen\u00e9ticas de sus stocks reproductores, as\u00ed como su evoluci\u00f3n en el transcurso de sucesivas generaciones de cultivo. los objetivos planteados en este trabajo son los siguientes:     1,- obtenci\u00f3n demarcadores microsat\u00e9lites para la especie s.Senegalensis.     2,- valorar estas herramientas para la caracterizaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica del stock reproductor de una empresa del sector.     3,- estudiar la variabilidad gen\u00e9tica de distintos stocks reproductores con distinto comportamiento reproductivo.     4,- redistribuci\u00f3n del stock reproductor de una empresa del sector en cinco tanques de puesta mediante estimadores de parentesco, para as\u00ed optimizar los recursos del stock.     5,- desarrollo de una herramienta autom\u00e1tica de pcr m\u00faltiple para su aplicaci\u00f3n al estudio del pedigr\u00ed en esta especie.     los resultados y conclusiones se presentan a continuaci\u00f3n.     1,- se han aislado 15 loci microsat\u00e9lite de la especie solea senegalensis y otros 3 adaptados de solea solea para el estudio de s.Senegalensis, los cuales representan una herramienta muy \u00fatil para el estudio gen\u00e9tico de poblaciones naturales y cultivadas.     2,- el conjunto formado pro los 5 loci: af441385, af441387, af441389, af41390 y aya426693 ha mostrado caracter\u00edsticas adecuadas para llevar a cabo an\u00e1lisis gen\u00e9ticos de pdigr\u00ed bajo condiciones de cultivo.     3,- los estudios de pedigr\u00ed realizados a lo largo de un periodo de puesta en una empresa, revelan que una sola hembra y dos machos han sido responsables de m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de descendientes, lo que da una idea de la alta capacidad reproductiva de esta especie.     4,- el conjunto formado por los 8 loci: af441385, af441387, af441388, af441389, af441390, ay426692, ay426693 y af173849, han probado ser
