Esta etapa constituye la etapa clave para la obtenci\u00f3n de diversas aminas enantiom\u00e9ricamente enriquecidas caracterizadas por poseer un centro estereog\u00e9nico en posici\u00f3n alfa. En su conjunto, el procedimiento proporciona una ruta simple, con un n\u00famero reducida de etapas y partiendo de las correspondientes hidrazonas anentiom\u00e9ricas derivadas de smap y ramp. De esta forma es posible llevar a cabo un screening in vitro e in vivo de ambas formas enantiom\u00e9ricas de estructuras de gran inter\u00e9s industrial. La hidrogenaci\u00f3n por transferencia de benciliminas de cetonas ciclicas 2-sustituidas rac\u00e9micas empleando mezclas \u00e1cido f\u00f3rmico\/trietilamina como fuente de protones y [rucl(areno)(tsdpen)] como catalizadores procede con resoluci\u00f3n cin\u00e9tica din\u00e1mica para dar lugar a las correspondiente sbenciliminas con configuraci\u00f3n relativa cis y altas selectividades. la superior reactividad de las aminas respecto a las cetonas en estas condiciones permite efectuar la reacci\u00f3n \u00abone pot\u00bb partiendo de las correspondientes cetonas en presencia de exceso de alilamina, produci\u00e9ndose selectivamente la hidrogenaci\u00f3n de la alilimina formada in situ. Este procedimiento evita la necesidad de sintetizar iminas, que con frecuencia son productos inestables y dif\u00edciles de manejar y purificar. Esta reacci\u00f3n constituye el primer ejemplo conocido de resoluci\u00f3n cin\u00e9tica de enlaces c=n. La metodolog\u00eda desarrollada se ha extendido a la reducci\u00f3n enantioselectiva de cetonas rac\u00e9micas 2-sustituidas mediante hidrogenaci\u00f3n por transferencia vira resoluci\u00f3n cin\u00e9tica din\u00e1mica (dkr), empleando mezclas \u00e1cido f\u00f3rmico\/trietilamina como fuente de protones y otras condiciones alternativas como la transferencia de fase.
