Cuando hay relaci\u00f3n directa entre el sustrato y los metabolitos producidos por el microorganismo hablamos de biotransformaci\u00f3n an\u00e1loga o dirigida; cuando no la hay hablamos de biotransformaci\u00f3n xenobi\u00f3tica. En esta memoria se describe los resultados obtenidos al tratar diterpenos con esqueleto de ent-pimaradieno con el hongo gibberella fujikuroi usando una metodolog\u00eda an\u00e1loga y diterpenos con esqueleto de estemodano con el hongo mucor plumbeus aplicando una t\u00e9cnica xenobi\u00f3tica. con las biotransformaciones an\u00e1logas se pretende estudiar el sistema enzim\u00e1tico del microorganismo, conocer mejor la relaci\u00f3n enzima-sustrato, y obtener derivados de metabolitos similares a los producidos por el hongo, dif\u00edciles de obtener mediante la qu\u00edmica sint\u00e9tica tradicional. Se describe la incubaci\u00f3n de cuatro ent-pimaradienos, donde se modifican varios grupos funcionales, as\u00ed como sus posiciones, comprobando su efecto. Se observa que la reacci\u00f3n principal es la epoxidaci\u00f3n del doble enlace endoc\u00edclico (posiciones c7-c8 \u00f3 c9-c11), que tiende a reagruparse para dar una cetona en c7, observ\u00e1ndose tambi\u00e9n hidroxilaci\u00f3n preferente en las posiciones c6, c9 y c14. No se obtiene metabolitos oxidados en c-19, paso clave en la obtenci\u00f3n de giberelinas y kaurenolidas. El cambio de la posici\u00f3n del noble enlace de c7-c8 a c9-c11 altera el comportamiento de las enzimas, reduciendo los rendimientos. Del mismo modo, la presencia de un grupo \u00e1cido en c19 provoca la oxidaci\u00f3n en c1 hasta cetona. Destaca la incubaci\u00f3n del hidrocarburo, que s\u00f3lo gener\u00f3 un metabolito altamente oxidado. con las biotransformaciones xenobi\u00f3ticas se pretende estudiar las posibilidades que ofrecen diversos microorganismos para obtener sustratos con un valor a\u00f1adido, partiendo de otros asequibles.
