La primera parte de la tesis se refiere al estudio de problemas de asignaci\u00f3n con bienes indivisibles. Este trabajo, y desde diferentes perspectivas, trata de dar respuesta a la siguiente pregunta: \u00c2\u00bfc\u00f3mo debe ser distribuida una cantidad fija de unidades indivisibles entre un conjunto de agentes cuando dicha cantidad difiere de la demanda agregada? La segunda parte de la tesis est\u00e1 dedicada al estudio de los sistemas de votaci\u00f3n, centr\u00e1ndose en el an\u00e1lisis del concepto de poder por una parte, y en la noci\u00f3n de la dificultad en la toma de decisiones por la otra.
