A partir de la representaci\u00f3n de weierstrass existente para estas superficies damos un teorema de representacr\u00f3n, que permite la construcci\u00f3n de ejemplos, y obtenemos un f\u00f3rmula que liga la topolog\u00eda de la superficie con el comportamiento de los datos de weierstrass y el n\u00famero de singularidades. Por \u00faltimo, en el caso embebido estudiamos la estructura del correspondiente espacio de moduli, demostrando que es una variedad real analitica.
