En la mayor\u00eda de los materiales estudiados se encontraron a temperatura ambiente constantes diel\u00e9ctricas extraordinariamente elevadas que se manten\u00edan durante un amplio rango de frecuencias.  la realizaci\u00f3n de medidas de permitividad diel\u00e9ctrica en muestras de estos materiales con diferentes tama\u00f1os de grano, empleando distintos tipos de contactos o con pastillas de diferente grosor variaba de forma notable los valores de sus par\u00e1metros diel\u00e9ctricos. Este hecho suger\u00eda que factores extr\u00ednsecos a los materiales estaban jugando alg\u00fan papel en las propiedades diel\u00e9ctricas desarrolladas por los mismos.  todos los materiales fueron estudiados mediante la t\u00e9cnica de espectroscop\u00eda de impedancias, que puso de manifiesto que, efectivamente, la respuesta diel\u00e9ctrica obtenida era en la mayor parte de los casos debiada a la interacci\u00f3n de diferentes elementos o regiones del material con distinta resistividad. de esta forma, la mayoria de los sistemas estudiados se comportar\u00edan de forma similar a los denominados condensadores multicapa, lo que ser\u00eda en gran medida responsable de los enormes valores obtenidos para las constantes diel\u00e9ctricas.  estos efectos extr\u00ednsecos que contribuyen de forma tan decisiva a las caracter\u00edsticas diel\u00e9ctricas de nuestros sistemas se manifiestan sobre todo a frecuencia bajas y temperaturas altas que dependen del tipo de material concreto. por ello, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos fue imposible observar la respuesta intr\u00ednseca del material a la temperatura a la que ten\u00eda lugar el fen\u00f3meno de orden de carga.  en cualquier caso las constantes diel\u00e9ctricas obtenidas para estos compuestos son superiores a las esperadas para \u00f3xidos convencionales. Adem\u00e1s, en muchos casos, los par\u00e1metros diel\u00e9ctricos obtenidos hacen que estos materiales sean atractivos desde el punto de vista tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
