Tambi\u00e9n pueden tener un efecto sobre la salud del personal que trabaja en la granja. Las condiciones ambientales interiores est\u00e1n definidas por la temperatura, humedad, velocidad del aire y calidad del aire (concentraci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno, di\u00f3xido de carb\u00f3n, armoniaco, metano y otros gases, polvo y microorganismos) dentro de la granja. El objetivo general de esta tesis es estudiar cuestiones espec\u00edficas relacionadas con las condiciones ambientales en el interior de las granjas y sus sistemas de control, con el objetivo de mejorar los sistemas de producci\u00f3n animal, desde el punto de vista de las emisiones de gases y la climatizaci\u00f3n de las granjas.  la tesis se compone de cinco trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n que tratan los siguientes temas:  * validaci\u00f3n de un m\u00e9todo indirecto para estimar el caudal de ventilaci\u00f3n en granjas mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de balances de calor, humedad y di\u00f3xido de carbono, teniendo en cuenta la variaci\u00f3n diaria de la actividad de los animales.  * desarrollo de un equipo de medida de par\u00e1metros ambientales (temperatura y velocidad del aire), en granjas av\u00edcolas comerciales situadas en climas c\u00e1lidos.  * evaluaci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n diferencial como par\u00e1metro de control de la ventilaci\u00f3n en granjas av\u00edcolas de carne comerciales, y su capacidad para proporcionar una velocidad del aire adecuada en el entorno de los animales.  * identificaci\u00f3n de los factores que influyen en las emisiones de gases (amoniaco y metano) en un alojamiento de porcino de engorde.  * desarrollo y validaci\u00f3n de una c\u00e1mara de flujo y un procedimiento de medida de las emisiones de armoniaco en granjas
