Se realiz\u00f3 un dise\u00f1o de investigaci\u00f3n, inscrito en el paradigma cualitativo naturalista con enfoques onto-epistemol\u00f3gicos hermen\u00e9uticos y fenomenol\u00f3gicos. La muestra estuvo representada por docentes y directivos de cinco escuelas b\u00e1sicas de barquisimeto, estado lara, venezuela. As\u00ed mismo como la revisi\u00f3n documental.  las conclusiones obtenidas respecto a la contribuci\u00f3n del paradigma cualitativo a la evaluaci\u00f3n de proyectos sociales se centraron en confirmar la utilidad de sus estrategias metodol\u00f3gicas. Estos m\u00e9todos cualitativos permiten reconstruir el objeto de estudio de manera integral por ser din\u00e1micos, inductivos, descriptivos en profundidad y detalles; as\u00ed mismo son los suficientemente flexible como para permitir la triangulaci\u00f3n de estrategias y t\u00e9cnicas cuantitativas, as\u00ed como de fuentes de informaci\u00f3n, a fin de evaluar de la mejor forma posible el objeto de estudio. Se concluy\u00f3 que el proyecto estuvo bien fundamentado y adecuadamente dise\u00f1ado con logros parciales importantes, que la sostenibilidad del mismo es posible y la participaci\u00f3n social es necesaria. La informaci\u00f3n obtenida de esta investigaci\u00f3n evaluativa permitir\u00e1 a los gestores de este proyecto tomar las decisiones necesarias para mejorar la ejecuci\u00f3n del
