Entre los resultados que relacionan las ches con la transformaci\u00f3n neopl\u00e1sica figuran la p\u00e9rdida de heterozigosidad en 7q22, el sitio del gen ache, en tumores de ovario, mama y pr\u00f3stata, las alteraciones en los genes que codifican las ches en leucemias y en varios carcinomas, la medida de actividad che en tumores de localizaci\u00f3n intracraneal y en neoplasmas originados en diversos \u00f3rganos, la importancia de la acetilcolinesterasa (ache) en la apoptosis y la ca\u00edda de actividad ache en n\u00f3dulos linf\u00e1ticos de axila afectados por met\u00e1stasis de tumores de mama.El objetivo principal de este estudio fue averiguar si la transformaci\u00f3n neopl\u00e1sica afectaba a la actividad che, a la cantidad de los arnm que codifican las ches, a su distribuci\u00f3n molecular o al contenido de prote\u00edna che inmunorreactiva.La medida de actividad che en 55 pares de muestras de intestino grueso sano y tumoral revel\u00f3 que en tumores de colon la actividad ache disminuye de 1,75 \u00c2\u00b1 1,24 a 1,09 \u00c2\u00b1 0,68 nmol de sustrato.Min-1.Mg-1 (mu\/mg) (p&lt;0,05);en los de sigma de 2,18 \u00c2\u00b1 1,15 a 1,45 \u00c2\u00b1 1,19 mu\/mg (p&lt;0,05); y en los derecto de 2,30 \u00c2\u00b1 1,07 to 1,46 \u00c2\u00b1 0,65 mu\/mg (p&lt;0,001). Tambi\u00e9n la actividadbutirilcholinesterasa (buche) se redujo en los tumores de colon, de 3,65\u00c2\u00b1 2,52 a 1,34 \u00c2\u00b1 0,85 mu\/mg (p&lt;0,001); en los de sigma, de 4,50 \u00c2\u00b1 2,95 a1,81 \u00c2\u00b1 0,98 mu\/mg (p&lt;0,001); y en los de recto, de 4,74 \u00c2\u00b1 2,45 a 1,86 \u00c2\u00b11,03 mu\/mg (p&lt;0,001). En conjunto, los resultados indican que el promediode la actividad ache cae alrededor de un 30% en los carcinomas colorrectales,y el de la actividad buche un 65%.La aplicaci\u00f3n rt pcr nos
